By accessing or using utmosst.com or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Utmosst provides tools for creating resumes, cover letters, and related materials, and for tracking and improving your job applications.
- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse‑engineer our software.
- You remain solely responsible for the content you upload or generate, including resumes, cover letters, and prompts.
The Service and its contents (software, design, logos, text, etc.) are owned by Utmosst or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Utmosst may use AI to generate drafts, suggestions, or feedback. You understand that AI outputs may be imperfect, and you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying them before use. Utmosst disclaims liability for reliance on AI outputs.
Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Payments are handled securely by third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that causes risk or harm. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion under our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utmosst disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent allowed, Utmosst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Cologne, Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
